OBITUARY (November 18, 1991)

Jack Botsford was a mining engineer and mine manager in northern Ontario over a period of fifty years, and served in World War II with the Royal Canadian Engineers. His ashes will be taken to Lake Beaverhouse, north of Dobie, Ontario.

He is survived by his wife, Katherine Louise, a resident of the Cardinal Care Center in Hendersonville, North Carolina; 3 children — Marian Botsford Fraser of Ottawa, Ontario, Sara Louise Botsford of Toronto, Ontario and Dave Botsford of Campbell River, British Columbia, and 4 grandchildren, Jonathan, Katherine, Gideon and Quinn.

Donations in lieu of flowers to the Kirkland Lake Food Bank would be appreciated.
