Consolidated Oasis Resources (ME) has secured the right to earn a 50% interest in two gold properties in Verneuil Twp., Que., from VSM Exploration (TSE) and Serem Quebec.
Oasis can earn the interest by spending $100,000 on exploration, including 1,000 metres of drilling, over a 2-year period.
