A mid-February start is planned for a drilling program at the Australian gold project of Nugget Resources (ASE).
The junior’s property is in the famous Hill End district of New South Wales. President Gordon Strasser says access roads to prime target areas are being established. A scarcity of drills in Australia precludes an earlier start, he adds.
Nugget hopes to uncover extensions of known gold-bearing extensions. Derek McBride, the company’s geological consultant, is in charge of the exploration work.
