NSR/Nova Cogesco agreement completed

An agreement has been completed between NSR Resources (TSE), Nova-Cogesco Resources (ME) and Belmoral Mines (TSE) which gives Belmoral the right to mine and continue exploration of the Rand Malartic property. Located near Val d’Or, Que., the property is owned 55% by NSR and 45% by Nova-Cogesco. Belmoral has the right to earn a 50% interest.

Belmoral is mining from the 67 zone of the Malartic property on a royalty basis payable to NSR and Nova-Cogesco. The company will also continue exploring with a minimum 15,000 ft of drilling, 6,000 ft of which is scheduled for completion this winter.
