The Nugget Pond gold property in Baie Verte, Nfld., is about to change hands.
Noveder (ME) says it has a firm agreement to acquire all of Bitech’s rights, interests and royalties in the property for $1.2 million plus up to 4 million shares.
The number of shares to be issued depends on the results of a report by Watts, Griffis & McOuat which will be submitted by May 15. The transaction with Bitech is to close May 24.
