Northern Dynasty lists on TSE

The common shares of Northern Dynasty Explorations were posted for trading on the tse on April 10. The company is listed in the mining category with 5,437,500 common shares, of which 5,125,000 shares are issued and outstanding and 312,500 are reserved for issuance.

The company holds a 42.625% interst in the Little Bald Mountain property in Nevada as well as a 41% interest in the Zeke property also in Nevada. In Ontario, the company has a 30% interest in 343 mining claims in the Pickle Crow district. In the Schefferville area of Quebec it holds two exploration permits.
