An initial 16-hole drilling program is set to start at the Guadalupe property owned by Northern Crown Mines (VSE).
Drill footage on the Mexican property will total 6,000 ft. and test about 1,000 ft. of strike length along the 6,600-ft.-long Zapote zone. Surface and underground chip sampling along the zone over exposed intervals of up to 115 ft. averaged about 0.09 oz. gold per ton.
Northern Crown is also conducting mapping, sampling and geochemical surveys over the entire strike length of the Zapote zone as well as the Guadalupe zone.
After Northern Crown has completed a total of $3 million in exploration, Teck (TSE) has the right to earn a 50% interest in the property by financing 100% of all costs to bring the project into production.
