Noront Resources and Central Crude Ltd. have agreed to merge the two companies on the basis of one Central Crude share for each five shares of Noront held. Central Crude is active in mineral exploration in the Mishibishu Lake area west of Wawa, Ont. Noront also holds varying interests in several mineral exploration projects in Ontario.
