Noranda, Manor join forces at Lake Bond

Newly formed Manor Resources (COATS), the result of an amalgamation of three junior concerns, has signed a letter of intent with Noranda (TSE) for further exploration on the Lake Bond property in Newfoundland. Lake Bond hosts a base metal deposit containing preliminary reserves of 1.2 million tons averaging 2.1% zinc and 0.31% copper, with a higher-grade core of 247,998 tons grading 4.74% zinc and 0.57% copper.

Also in Newfoundland, the 194-claim Virginia property contains four geochemical gold anomalies in the vicinity of Noranda and Noront Resources’ (VSE) Grubline gold project.

In addition, Manor holds a 25% interest in the Noel Paul’s Brook claim group in Newfoundland, which is currently optioned out to Granges Exploration (TSE).
