All nominations must be channeled through organizations that are sponsors and/or associates of the Hall. Sponsors of the Hall are The Northern Miner, the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, the Mining Association of Canada and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum. Associates include provincial and territorial mining associations and other mining-related organizations. The deadline for sponsors and associates to submit nominations is July 31.
