Drilling by Noble Peak Resources (ASE) on the company’s Southwin gold prospect in the eastern arctic has confirmed surface trenched gold values to a depth of 600 ft. Hole 21 intersected 16.8 ft grading 0.275 oz gold per ton and another section of 14.1 ft assaying 0.133 oz gold per ton.
Another hole, spotted 300 ft west of hole 21, intersected 15.4 ft assaying 0.125 oz gold. Gold mineralization is associated with a zone which strike on surface for almost 4,000 ft.
