NEWS ROUNDUP — William eyes Guyana, Venezuela

An option to acquire an exploration licence in Guyana has been obtained by William Resources (ME).

The licence for the diamond-gold placer project covers part of the Mazaruni River about 250 km southwest of the capital, Georgetown, in the Kamarang area. To acquire the licence, William has agreed to issue shares and warrants and pay a 5% gross production royalty.

William also says it has an option to acquire the Oris 9 diamond-gold placer property in the Heres district of Venezuela’s Bolivar state, on the Oris River. To acquire its property interest, William would issue shares and warrants.
