NEWS ROUNDUP — Tri Origin to sell 1.2 million units

Junior Tri Origin Resources (TSE) plans to sell up to 1.2 million units on a best-efforts basis.

Each unit will consist of one common share and one warrant. Holders of warrants will be entitled to buy one common share for $4 over 18 months. Should all the units be bought, Tri Origin will receive $3.7 million before expenses and commissions. This will be used to finance drilling at the Lewis Ponds property in New South Wales, Australia.
