Junior Tandem Resources (ME) has increased its interest in NAR Resources (ME) to 34.5% from 30.1%.
Tandem subscribed for 120,000 shares of NAR, paying 50 cents per share, or $60,000 in aggregate.
After the transaction, NAR will have more than 1.9 million shares outstanding. Meanwhile, NAR increased its interest in Tandem to 8% from 3.6% by purchasing 818,457 shares of Tandem from River Gold Mines for $245,537.
