Junior Stratabound Minerals (ASE) can acquire a prospective nickel-copper play 45 miles northwest of Timmins, Ont.
The 5,680-acre property is believed to host mineralization similar to the nearby Montcalm project of Outokumpu, where 7.5 million tons grading 1.6% nickel and 0.7% copper have been
outlined. A feasibility study is under way.
The option agreement requires Stratabound to pay $15,000 cash and issue 50,000 shares to the vendors, as well as make three
subsequent annual payments of 50,000 shares each. Regulators have yet to approve the deal, which is subject to a 1% net smelter return royalty.
