NEWS ROUNDUP — Starmin, Adex drill at Negros

Partial assays from drill hole 93-01 within the copper zone of the main orebody at the Asia Pacific project on the Philippine island of Negros intersected 285 ft. (50-335 ft.) of 0.68% copper, Starmin Mining (TSE) and Adex Mining (TSE) report.

The joint owners say poor core recovery was experienced in the first 50 ft. of drilling because of heavy oxidation. Low gold values have also been obtained. Total depth of the hole was 1,023 ft.

Exploration work has uncovered two copper-molybdenum-gold geochemical anomalies elsewhere on the property, the companies say.
