More assay results were released by San Andreas Resources (VSE) from its Prairie Creek Mine property 300 miles east of Yellowknife, N.W.T.
Hole 92-10 returned 69.2 ft. grading 4.78% lead, 10.46% zinc and 1.28 oz. silver per ton from 960.3-1,029.5 ft. The company said this hole confirmed the continuity of the flat-lying stratabound lead-zinc-silver deposit, or “Mississippi Valley-type” mineralization.
Hole 90-20A returned 60 ft. grading 15.38% lead, 11.63% zinc, 8.58 oz. silver, 0.77% copper and 0.08% cadmium from 642-702 ft. The company said this hole confirmed the continuity of the steeply dipping, high-grade vein attached to the flat-lying mineralization.
The Prairie Creek property is accessible by air or by a 100-mile winter road.
