A private placement of three million units at 75 cents each has been completed by Platinova A/S (TSE).
Each unit consists of one common share of Platinova plus one warrant to buy one additional share at $1.25 per share up to May 10, 1994.
In 1993, Platinova plans to explore five projects in Greenland, the most important of which is a joint-venture drill program under the supervision of Falconbridge. The program, to begin in June, will test several targets for nickel-copper mineralization analogous to that found in the Noril’sk camp in Siberia.
