Drilling by Westmin Resources (TSE) is continuing to intersect impressive ore-grade mineralization in the Battle and Gap zone discoveries at the Myra Falls mine property near Campbell River, B.C.

A recent hole drilled in the Battle zone returned 9.5 metres grading 0.8 grams gold per tonne and 14.5 grams silver, plus 2.4% copper, 0.1% lead and 17.2% zinc. A second hole returned 11 metres of 2.1 grams gold, 23.3 grams silver, 1.5% copper, 0.1% lead and 11.5% zinc.

Hole 14-757 drilled in the Gap zone returned a 37.7-metre intersection grading 1.6 grams gold, 107.1 grams silver, 1.6% copper, 0.6% lead and 15.5% zinc.

Hole 14-732 returned a 4.3-metre intersection grading 3.5 grams gold, 165 grams silver, 0.2% copper, 3.8% lead and 9.4% zinc in an upper zone which may be part of the Gap zone. Westmin plans to deepen this hole (as well as hole 14-757) to try to intersect the Battle zone below them.
