Junior KRL Resources (VSE) is acquiring two mineral claims (comprising four units) in Knight Twp., within the Shining Tree area of northern Ontario.
The company will issue 75,000 common shares, subject to a 2% net smelter return (NSR). It may also buy half of the NSR within three years of the start of production for $500,000.
The agreement is subject to regulatory approval.
