Birchwood Ventures can acquire a 65% stake in a Norwegian property controlled by CDN-listed Hendricks Minerals Canada.
Prospecting and sampling on the Rombaken zinc-lead-silver prospect has identified a massive sulphide zone grading 7-10% zinc, 1-2% lead and 1-2 oz. silver per ton. Drilling will be carried out over the next 2-3 months.
To earn into the project, Birchwood must first spend $100,000 on drilling, and then pay Hendricks $300,000 over five years, issue 200,000 of its common shares to Hendricks and spend at least $2 million on exploration over a 5-year period.
