NEWS ROUNDUP — Good news from Battle zone stepout

The latest hole drilled by Westmin Resources (TSE) encountered 22.9 metres visually estimated to contain 2.5% copper and 18% zinc from the Battle zone discovery at its Myra Falls mine property near Campbell River, B.C.

The intersection represents an easterly stepout of 50 metres from the last reported ore-grade material. It is at an elevation about 50 metres below the projected 18-level drift, and Westmin noted that “its significance is not yet fully understood.”
