NEWS ROUNDUP — Flag drilling Wanapitei anomaly

Drilling is under way on Flag Resources’ (ASE) 24,000-acre claim block covering the Wanapitei anomaly near Sudbury, Ont. The 5,000-ft. hole is designed to penetrate basement rocks underlying the Huronian sediment cap in Mackelcan Twp., on the western peak of the magnetic anomaly. Golden Briar Mines (ME) is earning a 50% interest in the property from Flag.
