NEWS ROUNDUP — Etruscan finishes reorganization

Junior Etruscan Enterprises (VSE) has reorganized.

It has transfered to a new exploration company its interests in the Theirry copper-nickel mine, near Pickle Lake, Ont., and the Hackett River polymetallic property in the Northwest Territories.

The new company, Hackett River Resources, is controlled by Etruscan. However, an unnamed private investor has paid $1.4 million in exchange for participating preferred shares and has agreed to buy an additional $1.6 million of the same shares on Jan. 31.
