DCC Equities, a subsidiary of Dundee Bancorp (TSE), has sold 3,600,000 shares of Bethlehem Resources (TSE) and 2,527,382 shares of Rea Gold (TSE) to CMP Resources (ME) in exchange for 1,520,000 shares of CMP.
DCC currently holds 1,960,500 shares of CMP, representing a 24% interest.
