NEWS ROUNDUP — Breakwater granted Honduran play

The Honduran government has granted Breakwater Resources (TSE) a 1,200-hectare exploration concession in the centre of the country.

The 1,200-hectare La Chacra property is 100 km by road from the company’s El Mochito mine. It is also near a principal highway.

Previous exploration has outlined copper-lead-zinc mineralization in veins 2-6 metres wide along a strike length of more than 1,200 metres. Breakwater plans to drill six shallow holes within the next three months to confirm previous drill results.

The company has exploration rights for four years and can be granted an exploitation concession, should a production decision be made.
