New Century Resources (VSE) has executed an option with Buxton Placer Exploration to acquire a 50% interest in certain placer leases in the Likely area of British Columbia. Because of uncertainties regarding legal affairs and past engineering reports, the agreement provides for New Century the opportunity to produce an engineering report prior to committing $750,000 for full property development.
