A vote on a number of special resolutions relating to the restructuring of Pioneer Metals (TSE) will be postponed until the company can come to an agreement with Chase Manhattan Bank, its major lender.
As previously reported, (T.N.M., June 17/91), the company planned to hold the vote at its annual meeting in late June.
