Golden Arrow Resources Inc. (GAW:VSE) and Yellow Band Resources Inc. (YBD:VSE) have amalgamated with Commonwealth Gold Corp. (CWC:VSE). Shareholders of Commonwealth common shares will be entitled to one common share of the amalgamated company for each share held. Holders of Golden Arrow will exchange three old shares for one new common share. Yellow Band shareholders will exchange two old shares for one new common share of the amalgamated company.
