Minnova (TSE) boosted its interest in Laramide Resources (TSE) to 40.1% through the purchase, via a private placement, of an additional 825,238 shares. Minnova acquired the extra shares by spending more than $1.2 million on work on Laramide’s Lara property on Vancouver Island. Minnova has the option to earn more Laramide shares through additional expenditures.
