Freewest Resources (TSE) has completed a private placement of $450,000 at $3.80 per share with La Societe en Cammandite Miniere. Proceeds from the placement will be used to continue exploration on the company’s Benoist Twp. gold properties, and to explore other claims in Ontario, New Brunswick and Quebec.
