Canadian-United Minerals, Inc. (CUN:VSE) has changed its name to Mansfield Minerals Inc. (MDR:VSE) on a 1-new-for-5-old- share basis. One third of the company’s interest in its Come Mountain property will be sold to Teeshin Resources Ltd.(TEE:VSE). Montreal Trust is the transfer agent.
