Hardy International Developments has changed its name to Unisave Ene rgy Ltd. on a basis of 1 new for 3.5 old shares.

Grand Teton Industries says it has signed an agreement for the purch ase of St. Joe Gold Corp.’s interest in the Montgomery Shoshone gold property near Beatty, Nev. Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Grand Teton will pay St. Joe $2.1 million (US) over the next six months.

A drill program has been completed by Winteroad Resources on the com pany’s Garrison Twp., Ont., gold property. The best drill section included 20.5 ft grading 0.39 oz gold per ton from a quartz carbonate breccia zone striking for at least 460 ft.
