Hambro Resources has changed its name to Richwell Resources (rwl:vse) on a one-new-for-three- old share basis.

Peter Island Resources reports it has amalgamated with its wholly- owned subsidiary, Kasran Resources, and will continue under the name of Peter Island Resources.

Pacific Trans-Ocean Resources has agreed to place privately 1.5 million units with McCarthy Securities. Proceeds from the issue, totalling $5.1 million, will be used to fund capital costs at the company’s Ketza River gold project in the Yukon.

Skybridge International has changed its name to International Potential Explorations Inc. on a share-for-share basis.

Suez Petroleum has changed its name to Overseas Platinum Corp. on a share-for-share basis.
