Berglynn Resources, Vancouver, reports drilling is under way on its Klondike City placer gold prospect, across the Klondike River from Dawson City, Yukon. According to President Ernest Bergvinson, the property represents one of the last parcels of virgin ground remaining of the original Klondike gold fields. He says the drill program has been expanded based on encouraging initial results.

The shares of Vancouver-based North American Metals Corp. have been called for trading on the U.S.A. nasdaq system. They are also traded on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. And, says President Robt. G. Hunter, an application has been made for a listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Drilling on the Nickel Offsets property by United Reef Petroleum is continuing to delineate two zones of mineralization, the company says. The property, which is being explored for its platinum group metals potential, is located near Sudbury, Ont. Drilling has also started on another nearby property which was optioned from Falconbridge Ltd.
