News in Brief (October 26, 1987)

Skelly Resources has changed its name to Bel Pac Industries (bpa:vse) on a share-for-share basis.

Denar Mines has changed its name to International Sinabarb Industries Ltd. (isb:vse) on a 1-new-for-3-old share basis.

A preliminary prospectus has been filed by Muscocho Explorations with the Quebec and Ontario securities commissions relating to a public offering of common shares to be made in Quebec, Ontario and Europe. Burns Fry and Levesque, Beaubien are joint underwriters for the offering. Muscocho plans to use the proceeds for work on the Magino and Magnacon gold projects in the Wawa area of northern Ontario, for exploration work on other properties and for general corporate purposes.

Golden Sitka Resources is mobilizing for a winter exploration program at its Chichagof gold mine in Alaska. Portions of the Chichagof and Hirst- Chichagof mines will be reopened. The Golden Gate No 4 adit will be reopened first to locate the downward extension of the Big Croppings vein which was outlined on surface and in the Golden Gate No 1 adit. Dewatering equipment has been ordered for the Hirst- Chichagof mine so the Kay vein extension can be tested.

Anina Resources has changed its name to Immudyne, Inc. (imu: vse) on a share-for-share basis.
