Carben Energy has changed its name to American Medical Technologies Inc. (amo:vse) on a share- for-share basis.

The Mosquito Creek Gold Mining Co. has changed its name to Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines (msq:vse) on a one-new-for-five- old share basis.

Consolidated Dakota Resources, International Wildrose Resources, Mac-Am Resources Corp. and Brigade Resources have amalgamated to form Colossus Resource Equities Inc. (czk:vse) each on a share-for- share basis.

Wescal Resources has changed its name to C.C.C. Coded Communications Corp. (cce:vse) on a share- for-share basis.

Lintex Minerals has changed its name to New Lintex Minerals Ltd. (nln:vse) on a one-new-for-three- old share basis.

Toronto-listed Oiltex International has raised a total of $4.25 million for oil and gas exploration in the western Canadian sedimentary basin. A total of 7,688,000 shares and warrants to purchase a further 6,477,000 shares at 57.5 cents to 80 cents per share will be issued. Esso Resources Canada will be acting as operator.
