Charlim Explorations has changed its transfer agent to Guaranty Trust Co.

Reported near a decision on a process to remove impurities from molyubdenum concentrate is Hemlo Gold Mines, which operates one of the three gold-producing mines in the Hemlo area of northern Ontario. The Hemlo ore is said to contain 0.16% molybdenum.

The Montreal Trust Co. of Canada has acquired all outstanding shares of Guardian Estates and Agencies, a Vancouver based company acting as transfer agent for numerous junior resource companies listed on the Vancouver Stock Exchange.
