Geodome Resources has changed its transfer agent to Royal Trust Co.

Granada Exploration Corp. has changed its transfer agent to Central Trust Co.

M. E. Compu Software Inc. has changed its name to Goldrite Mining Corp. (GRQ:VSE) on a share- for-share basis. The company will not be called for trading until listing requirements by completing a public offering of its shares are met.

Rival Minerals has changed its name to Europrime Capital Corp. (ep:vse) on a share-for-share basis.

American Barrick’s Goldstrike deposit in Nevada will be the subject of an address by Brian Meikle, senior vice-president development for the company, at the Toronto Branch, noon luncheon meeting, of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, April 21, in the Concert Hall of the Royal York Hotel. Annual production at the Goldstrike is expected to increase to over 500,000 oz gold annually, by 1992.

Triex Resources has changed its name to First Chartered Development Corp. on a 1-new-for-2-old share basis.

Menika Mining has changed its transfer agent to Pacific Corporate Services.
