Crew Minerals has changed its name to Asia-Pacific Resources (APQ:VSE) on a share-for-share basis.

Hermes Ventures Ltd. (VSE) has completed its initial distribution of shares to the public with gross proceeds totalling $175,000.

West Pride Industries Corp. (VSE) (formerly Contact Ventures Ltd.) has consolidated its capital on a 4-old-for-1-new share basis.

Steelhawk Resources Ltd. (VSE) has completed its initial distribution of shares to the public, which grossed $385,000.

Trading in shares of P.M.C. Technologies Ltd. (VSE) will remain suspended until further notice.

Lakeshore Minerals (ASE) has acquired 29 claims near Sharon Lake in northwestern Ontario. The grass-roots property covers a section of the Miniss River fault, a major regional-scale shear zone striking across the area. South of the claim group, several gold and base metal showings are associated with the Split Lake stock.
