West Delta Resources has changed its name to International Delta Resources Ltd. (IDQ:VSE) on a 1-new-for-3-old share basis.
Rockford Minerals (TSE), Northfield Capital and Northern Ranger Minerals have announced completion of the purchase by Rockford of about 4.7 million shares of Northern Ranger from Northfield. Rockford now owns about 50.5% of Northern Ranger’s outstanding shares. In return for selling its shares of Northern Ranger to Rockford, Northfield received about 3.2 million shares of Rockford.

Poirier’s main asset is a copper-zinc property in Quebec’s Poirier and Joutel twps., where a mine was in production between 1965 and 1975.
