West Delta Resources has changed its name to International Delta Resources Ltd. (IDQ:VSE) on a 1-new-for-3-old share basis.

Rockford Minerals (TSE), Northfield Capital and Northern Ranger Minerals have announced completion of the purchase by Rockford of about 4.7 million shares of Northern Ranger from Northfield. Rockford now owns about 50.5% of Northern Ranger’s outstanding shares. In return for selling its shares of Northern Ranger to Rockford, Northfield received about 3.2 million shares of Rockford.

Justice Mining has changed its name to Presidential Forest Products Corp. (PFF:VSE) on a share- for-share basis.

Brace Resources has changed its transfer agent to Pacific Corporate Services Ltd.

Normetal Mining Exploration (ME) is acquiring 700,000 shares of Poirier Mining Exploration owned in escrow by Fernand Lacombe, in return for 100,000 of its own shares and a $1 cash payment. Poirier’s main asset is a copper-zinc property in Quebec’s Poirier and Joutel twps., where a mine was in production between 1965 and 1975.

Capital Reserve has subdivided its shares on a 3.5-new-for-1-old share basis.

City Resources (Canada) has changed its transfer agent to Royal Trust Co.

Canby Resources has changed its name to Bicer Medical Systems (BCJ:VSE) on a share-for-share basis.

Consolidated Bel-Air Resources has changed its transfer agent to Guaranty Trust Co.

Giant Piper Exploration has changed its name to Giant Pacific Petroleum Inc. (CPP:VSE) on a share-for-share basis.
