Hudson-Yukon Mining Co. Ltd. has merged by amalgamation into All-North Resources Ltd.. Shareholders of All-North Resources will receive one-new-share for each old share; holders of Hudson-Yukon Mining will receive 2.5 All-North shares for each old share.
