Azdak Resources (ARD:ASE) has changed its name to Algear Development Corp. (ALH:ASE) on a 1-new-for-5-old share basis.

D.F.I. Ventures has changed its name to National Quick Lube Ltd. (NQL:VSE) on a 1-new-for 2-old share basis.

Canarc Resource Corp. has changed its transfer agent to Montreal Trust Co.

Seadrift International Exploration, Wilco Mining Co. and Deak Ariadne Ltd. have amalgamated to form Deak International Res. Corp. (DEA: TSE). Shareholders of Seadrift will receive 1-new-share-for- 2-old; Wilco shareholders receive 2-new-for-25-old.
