Norman Resources has changed its name to Golden Ring Resources Ltd. (GDZ:VSE) on the basis of 1-new-for-5-old shares. Transfer agent is Central Guaranty Trust Company.
Goldplex Development Corp. (ASE) has signed an agreement to acquire a 41-claim property in the Lac St. Jean area of Quebec.
The property is situated about two miles east of the Chabot nickel occurrence and 17 miles south of the McNickel discovery. Goldplex says it is evaluating the property and will decide on an exploration program soon.
