Prime Resources Corp. has changed its name to Prime Resources Group Inc. (PRU:VSE) on a 1-new-for-2.25-old-share basis. Transfer agent is Central Guaranty Trust Co.

Golden Glory Resources (VSE) has changed its transfer agent to Montreal Trust Co. of Canada.

Maude Lake Gold Mines (COATS) says about 1.9 million common shares were subscribed for under the Sudbury, Ont., company’s recent rights offering. Under the rights offering, which raised $380,000, one right was issued to each shareholder as of Feb. 15. As part of a reorganization of assets, members of the Montreal Claridge Group recently acquired 8.5 million common shares and 378,226 common share purchase warrants of Campbell Resources (TSE). The Claridge Group says it continues to hold 9.5 million common shares and 535,682 common share-purchase warrants of Campbell, which represents about 12.1% of the company’s 76 million common shares (12.7% fully diluted).
