Yellow Band Resources (VSE) has changed its transfer agent to Montreal Trust Co.


Equity Transfer Services has commenced providing stock transfer agency services to those companies in the junior natural resource area. Peter Lindemann, president has 28 years experience in the business and will be utilizing a computerized stock transfer management system.


Sunburst Exploration (TSE) has changed its transfer agent to National Trust Co.


Benz Gold Resources has changed its name to Benz Equities Ltd. (BZG:VSE) on a share-for- share basis. The new company is now classified as a commercial- industrial company. Transfer agent is Montreal Trust Co.


Zemex (NYSE) has declared a 2% stock dividend on its 1,776,737 issued and outstanding shares, payable March 30 to shareholders of record March 12. G.E. Wood, president, stated the payment is in lieu of a cash dividend, and that cash is being conserved for reinvestment in capital projects as a means to improve the financial performance of the company.
