Barkerville Mining Co. Ltd. (NPL:VSE) has amalgamated with Austra Resources Corp. (ARC: VSE) to form Austar Resources Corp. (AST:VSE). Holders of Austra Res. Corp. common shares will receive one new for one old share. Holders of Barkerville Mining will receive one new for four old shares. The transfer agent is Central Guaranty Trust.
