Dasher Resources Ltd. (DSR:VSE) has changed its name to Consolidated Dasher Resources Inc. (CDH:VSE) with a consolidation of capital on a 1-new-for-4-old-share basis. The transfer agent is National Trust.

The historic “Thirty Mile” section of the Yukon River, used by thousands of gold seekers to reach the Klondike, was recently proclaimed part of the Canadian Heritage Rivers System. The Thirty Mile will be managed jointly, under a formal plan, by Indian and Northern Affairs Canada, the Yukon government and the Ta’an Kwach’an band. The Thirty Mile became the 13th waterway to be designated a Canadian Heritage River, and the second in the Yukon after the Alsek River.

Prosperex Minerals Corp. (PSX:VSE) has changed its name to NAV Master Technologies Inc. with no consolidation of capital. The new company has no interest in mining.
