By reviewing old drill core on the Bronson Slope project in northwestern British Columbia, International Skyline Gold (TSE) has detected what may be a new gold zone.
The company has resplit and re-assayed more than 6,000 ft. of core from 1988. No change is reported in average copper or gold grades, nor in the size of the deposit.
However, in one of the 17 holes re-assayed, the gold grade increased to 4.89 from 1.04 grams per tonne over a 100-metre section. The interval included a 1.9-metre interval starting at the collar, grading 83.9 grams gold, or 15.6 grams over the first 20.4
metres of the hole.
In light of the potential new zone, a 300-metre drill program will be conducted over four or five holes.
