Junior Adrian Resources (VSE) released assay results for eight holes drilled on its Petaquilla property before a break in field operations over the Christmas season.
The Panamanian copper project is held 52% by Adrian and 48% by Metall Mining (TSE).
One of the holes, 93-52, represents a new discovery at the Brazo area, about one mile beyond all previous drilling. This hole returned a 419.6-ft. interval grading 0.46% copper (from 6.9 to 426.5 ft.), plus minor values in gold and silver.
Four holes tested the Botija deposit, the first of which, 93-46, returned 157.5 ft. of 0.4% from 182.1 to 339.6 ft., and 137.8 ft. of 0.46% from 393.7 to 531.5 ft. Hole 93-47 bottomed in mineralization and returned a 900.6-ft. interval grading 0.65% from 326.5 to 1,227.1 ft. Other results from this drilling include 288.7 ft. of 0.54% from Hole 93-49.
Three holes tested the Petaquilla deposit, including 93-50 which returned 817 ft. grading 0.65% from 10 to 881 ft.
